BALTIMORE, April 24 -- The College Savings Plans of Maryland issued the following news release:
The College Savings Plans of Maryland (CSPM) today announced that the Maryland College Investment Plan (MCIP), managed and distributed by T. Rowe Price, has been rated as one of the "best 529 College Savings Plans" in the nation by Morningstar, Inc. for the second year in a row.
This distinguished recognition places the MCIP among the top tier 529 college saving . . .
