FLAGSTAFF, Ariz., Oct. 1 -- Northern Arizona University issued the following news release:
Researchers and students at NAU are using DNA techniques to analyze soil and its effects on the environment, and the National Science Foundation is providing funding for the project.
Egbert Schwartz, an associate professor in biological sciences, recently received a CAREER award from the foundation, which will bring almost $676,000 to campus to support both his soil research . . .
