Army Junior ROTC cadets recently met for their 2nd annual JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Summer Camp at Boy Scout Camp Flaming Arrow (nicknamed by cadets Fort Flaming Arrow) near Lake Wales.
