SALEM, Ore., Dec. 23 -- The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news release:
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has issued its clean water plan for the Rogue River Basin. DEQ Water Quality Administrator Neil Mullane has signed the official document, known as The Rogue River Basin Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Order.
