DENVER, Dec. 22 -- The Colorado Department of Law (Attorney General) issued the following news release:
Colorado Attorney General John Suthers today announced that the Statewide Grand Jury has indicted Richard Oliver (DOB 7/16/47) on four felony charges involving asbestos removal and disposal. The charges include Causing or Contributing to a Hazardous Waste Incident, Knowing Endangerment, and Bribery of a Witness.
