PIERRE, S.D., Dec. 2 -- The South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources issued the following news release:
The South Dakota Underground Pipeline Task Force has submitted a 224-page final report to Gov. Mike Rounds that includes the task force's findings and seven recommendations regarding underground pipelines within South Dakota's borders.
