DALLAS, Dec. 8 -- The Dallas Independent School District issued the following news release:

Dallas Independent School District officials were joined by community leaders, parents, students and elected officials Saturday, December 6, for the dedication ceremony of Francisco F. "Pancho" Medrano Middle School, 9815 Brockbank Drive.

Medrano Middle School is the fourth middle school and the last of the 20 new schools opened as part of the 2002 bond program. Loc . . .
