ALBANY, N.Y., Oct. 28 -- New York State Sen. John J. Flanagan, R-E. Northport (2nd District), issued the following news release:
State Sen. John J. Flanagan (2nd Senate District), in a letter to New York State Deputy Secretary for the Environment Judith Enck, has decided to permit the state to utilize a portion of the $29 million he secured for the cleanup of the Nissequogue River State Park[1] to undertake an engineering study of the property.
