DAVENPORT, Iowa, Nov. 25 -- St. Ambrose University issued the following news release:

Former U.S. Army Chief of Staff, retired Army Gen. Gordon Sullivan, will present "Leadership in the 21st Century" based in part on his leadership role in transforming the post-Cold War Army.
