BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Dec. 4 -- The University of Alabama at Birmingham issued the following news release:
UAB Hospital held a holiday celebration for staff, patients, friends and family on Wed., Dec. 3, in the West Pavilion Atrium. Festivities included the Salvation Army Angel Tree presentation followed by the tree lighting.
"We try to make the holiday period as normal and rich as we can for those children who must remain hospitalized over Christmas," said Jane Love . . .
