RUTLAND, Vt., Dec. 12 -- Central Vermont Public Service issued the following news release:
More than 50 outside contract crews will be on CVPS property tomorrow morning to assist CV crews in a massive restoration effort that will likely carry into early next week.
"We have 33 crews from western Pennsylvania starting Saturday morning to assist 18 additional outside crews and 34 tree crews already working with our crews today," CVPS spokeswoman Christine Riv . . .
