FL Selects 'Affordable' Insurance Options For Uninsured

WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- The Health Forum issued the following news release:

Beginning Jan. 5, six insurance companies will offer "affordable" health plans to uninsured Floridians under the Cover Florida Health Care Access Program, Gov. Charlie Crist announced Wednesday. Selected through a competitive bidding process, the companies will offer a choice of preventive and catastrophic/hospital coverage through 25 plan options.
