HATTIESBURG, Miss., Dec. 12 -- The University of Southern Mississippi issued the following news release:
Christopher Brian Rigby of Lumberton was one of two cadets commissioned on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, during ceremonies at The University of Southern Mississippi. Rigby was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant into the United States Air Force.
