OLYMPIA, Wash., Dec. 11 -- The Washington state Patrol issued the following news release:
The Washington State Patrol is actively looking for 31 year-old Scott M. Buskeness (photo below) of Renton, who is suspected of being the causing driver in the head on collision that killed two people in Pierce County.
The December 8th collision occurred on SR 7 at 146th St. E at approximately 1:45 am. Troopers believe that Buskeness was driving a 1998 Honda Civic north on SR 7 . . .
