FORT MYERS, Fla., Dec. 10 -- Florida Gulf Coast University, a component of the Florida state university system, issued the following news release:

The Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Board of Directors meets 4 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 10, in the Student Union Senate Chambers.

The Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Inc. is the nonprofit, fundraising arm of FGCU.
