FORT BLISS, Teaxs, Dec. 11 -- The U.S. Army issued the following news release:
A promotion for Jim Pillsbury, former head of the Aviation and Missile Lifecycle Management Command at Redstone Arsenal, has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate and he will now wear three stars on his uniform.
He will formally become Lt. Gen. Pillsbury during ceremonies Monday at Army Materiel Command headquarters in Virginia.
Pillsbury also officially becomes deputy commandi . . .
