NORFOLK, Va., Dec. 10 -- Tidewater Community College issued the following news release:
Brig. Gen. Katherine P. Kasun, U.S. Army Commandant, Joint Forces Staff College, will serve as commencement speaker for Tidewater Community College's 47th graduation exercises on Friday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m. at the Ted Constant Convocation Center, Norfolk. More than 1,000 students are eligible to receive associate degrees, certificates or diplomas at the ceremony.
