FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 11 -- The Broward County Public Schools issued the following news release:
Colonel James Armstrong, the Director of Army Instruction (DAI) for Broward County Public Schools, has been recognized with the DAI Gold Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership of JROTC programs and cadets throughout the District.
