Temple University announced today that Jack Wolgin, Philadelphia real estate developer, philanthropist and renowned patron of the arts, has presented Temple's Tyler School of Art with a pledge of $3.7 million to endow the world's largest annual prize to be awarded exclusively to an individual fine artist winning a juried competition.
