HARTFORD, Conn., Dec. 10 -- The Connecticut Attorney General issued the following news release:
Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, in formal comments filed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers today, said the U.S. Army Reserve Training Center cannot be built on the Boardman Lane site, or any other environmentally sensitive site in Middletown, without permission from state environmental officials.
