MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va., Dec. 7 -- The U.S. Marine Corps issued the following official news story:

Marine Corps Base Quantico hosted a ground-breaking ceremony Nov. 24 for the facility that will house the Military Department Investigative Agencies.
