National Ministries Executive Director Dr. Aidsand F. Wright-Riggins III today announced the appointment of Col. Paul E. Clark, an ordained American Baptist minister, as the ecclesiastical endorsing agent for American Baptist Churches USA. A member of the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps, Clark assumes his new post November 1.
