COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Dec. 4 -- EL Paso County issued the following news release:
The Hearing Room of the El Paso County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) filled with emotion as the Board unanimously passed a resolution honoring and remembering December 7-th as Pearl Harbor Day in El Paso County. Three local Pearl Harbor survivors were in attendance to briefly share their memories and receive the resolution recognizing and honoring all who served on that fateful day in 1941 . . .
