WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Rep. Ralph Regula, R-Ohio (16th CD), made the following remarks:
U.S. Rep. Ralph Regula (R-Navarre) announced today House approval of the fiscal year 2009 Defense, Homeland Security, and Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations bills. In all, the bills would provide over $600 billion to fund the Departments of Defense (DoD), Homeland Security, and Veterans Affairs, as well as related agencies in the military, security, and intelligence comm . . .
