Owens Community College Department of Safety and Security, in collaboration with the Perrysburg Township Fire and Police departments, is once again encouraging area residents to help local families in need of food and clothing by donating to a community-wide Operation Breadbasket collection drive, Nov. 24 - Dec. 15.
