BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan, Dec. 5 -- The U.S. Army Special Operations Command issued the following news release:

An unknown Afghan male attempted to infiltrate a medical clinic in Farah province Dec. 2 by disguising himself as a woman by wearing a burka.

Female villagers waiting to be seen by medical personnel at the clinic were in a holding area when, they said, they noticed a man trying to speak in a female voice, asking if he was at the free clinic.
