MANCHESTER, N.H., Nov. 3 -- The city of Manchester issued the following news release:

Election day is Tuesday Nov. 4th. You will need the following to vote at your local polling station:

* A picture ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc.) This is required to match your picture with your name.

* Two (2) pieces of mail with your name and current address visible. This is to prove you are eligible to vote at that polling station.
