HARRISBURG, Pa., Dec. 1 -- The Pennsylvania Department of Health issued the following news release:
As part of the Dec. 1 observance of World AIDS Day, Acting Secretary of Health Everette James today urged Pennsylvanians to be tested for HIV - the virus that causes AIDS. He also highlighted ongoing efforts to educate the public about the disease and how it is prevented.
