BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 13 -- The city of Boulder issued the following news release:
City of Boulder water customers may notice a change in the taste of their water on Friday, Nov. 14 when the Utilities Division brings the 63rd Street Water Treatment Plant back into service after maintenance is completed.
