HONOLULU, Nov. 25 -- Lt. Gov. James R. Aiona Jr., R-Hawaii, issued the following news release:
More than 800 middle school and high school students from Hawai'i, the U.S. Mainland, China and Japan will descend upon the Hawai'i Convention Center from December 4-6, 2008 for the Inaugural VEX Robotics Pan-Pacific Championship. The event is free and open to the public.
The team-based robotics competition will put students' engineering and high-tech skills . . .
