HONOLULU, Dec. 3 -- Lt. Gov. James R. Aiona Jr., R-Hawaii, issued the following news release:
Hawai'i received one of the highest rankings in the national report, America's Health Rankings(TM) 2008 released today by the United Health Foundation.
