SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 19 -- The California Treasurer issued the following news release:
State Treasurer Bill Lockyer announced the award of $53.8 million in grants and loans to clean up polluted sites in 11 counties and pave the way for 32 development projects that will provide more than 7,800 affordable housing units and create at least 39,000 jobs.
