EDMOND, Okla., Dec. 1 -- The city of Edmond issued the following news release:
Mayor Dan O'Neil wasn't the only representative from the City of Edmond to attend the National League of Cities' Congress of Cities and Exposition (NLC) held November 11-15 in Orlando, Florida.
