TEMPE, Ariz., Sept. 4 -- The city of Tempe issued the following news release:
Thousands of children and parents will take part in Tempe's 10th annual Walk to School Day on Wednesday, Oct. 15. Students and parents at participating Tempe schools will take to the sidewalks between 6:30 and 8:15 a.m. to promote community involvement and a healthier environment.
