TEMPE, Ariz., Nov. 13 -- The city of Tempe issued the following news release:
Mayor Hugh Hallman has been honored by a national organization for his work in championing secondary education needs in Tempe. Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) has selected Hallman for the JAG National Above and Beyond Award.
