GREENSBORO, N.C., Nov. 21 -- Guilford County Schools have issued the following news release:
"1, 2, 3, I love P.E.!" These are the words you can hear at the conclusion of each of Vicki Simmons' Adapted Physical Education (P.E.) classes. She is Gateway Education Center's number-one fan and most enthusiastic spokesperson.
Her creativity in finding ways to adapt physical activities and encourage inclusive opportunities for students with special need . . .
