RIVER FALLS, Wis., Nov. 1 -- The University of Wisconsin-River Falls issued the following news release:
The Falcon football team lost a 7-0 decision at UW-Platteville in a WIAC matchup on Saturday afternoon.
RF could not get the offense in sync all afternoon against the Pioneers. It was the first time the Falcons were shut out since Sept. 30, 2006 when they lost 24-0 at UW-Oshkosh.
