RIVER FALLS, Wis., Sept. 3 -- The University of Wisconsin-River Falls issued the following news release:
The Falcon soccer team lost a tightly contested match 1-0 to Augsburg College on Wednesday evening at Ramer Field.
Defense and ball control were on display throughout the match. The scoreless game was decided when AC's Bri Clark scored the game winner on an assist from Katie Medd with just 3:05 to play.
