FOLEY, Ala., Nov. 17 -- The city of Foley issued the following meeting minutes:

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Approve Work Session Minutes of November 3, 2008.
Councilman Hellmich made a motion to approve the Minutes and Councilman Blackwell seconded the motion. The vote passed unanimously.

2. Consider Consent Agenda of November 17, 2008.
A resolution was moved to the Council agenda with an additional item.
