JACKSON, Miss., Nov. 3 -- The Jackson Public School District has issued the following news release:
Students, staff, and supporters of Lester Elementary participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony and parade to celebrate the opening of the school's new walking track. Held during Red Ribbon Week, the event featured students carrying signs promoting drug prevention and awarness, and health and wellness.
