EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa., April 4 -- East Stroudsburg University issued the following news release:
Four students from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, will receive the university's 2008 Safety Recognition Award for their life-saving actions on October 19, 2007 when they rendered immediate assistance to an individual attempting to jump from the Iron Bridge near Ridgeway Street in East Stroudsburg.
