GOLDSBORO, N.C., Nov. 25 -- Wayne Community College issued the following news release:
The Wayne Community College Board of Trustees approved a new policy Tuesday evening that will make the college a tobacco-free institution.
The policy prohibits use of tobacco products anywhere on the campus, in college vehicles, and at off-campus class sites. Its purpose is to insure a clean, safe and healthy environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.
