MISSOULA, Mont., Nov. 21 -- The city of Missoula issued the following news release:
What: The City of Missoula's Public Works Department is proposing an ordinance change that would broaden the menu of types of deicers used on city streets to include granular deicer. The City currently uses liquid deicer. The use of granular deicer is expected to save money and to work better in snow and in colder temperatures than the liquid deicer now in use.
