SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 7 -- The city of Scottsdale issued the following news release:
Anthony Floyd, Scottsdale's Green Building program manager, has received the 2008 "Citizen of the Year" award from the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors.
