RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 22 -- The North Carolina Department of Crime Control and Public Safety issued the following news release:
Kernersville resident, James R. Gorham, was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General, in the NC Army National Guard at a ceremony at the Old House Chamber, State Capitol, in Raleigh, on Friday Nov. 21.
