BOWLING GREEN, Ky., Nov. 20 -- The city of Bowling Green issued the following press release:
The facts speak for themselves. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Mental Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, more than 70 percent of all substance abusers are employed.
The City of Bowling Green is now certified through the Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims as 'drug free.'
