NORFOLK, Va., April 29 --Old Dominion University issued the following news release:
Richard and Loree Heller, husband and wife pioneers in electrogenetherapy, are joining the Old Dominion University faculty as researchers at the Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics.
