NORFOLK, Va., March 18 -- Old Dominion University issued the following news release:

Old Dominion University will host Rider College tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the Ted Constant Convocation Center in the inaugural College Basketball Invitational. The tournament features 16 teams in a single-elimination format.

Tickets for the event go on sale today at 5 p.m. at www.COXTIX.com, at the Constant Center box office and by calling 1-888-3Coxtix. All tickets will be general adm . . .
