CHICAGO, July 21 -- The DePaul University issued the following news release:
Air Force Brig. Gen. Charles E. Tucker Jr. has been named the new executive director of the International Human Rights Law Institute (IHRLI) at the DePaul University College of Law. Tucker will manage the day-to-day activities of the institute, which has earned a global reputation for human rights law advocacy. He brings to the job more than 25 years of experience that includes progressing human rights . . .
