BOWLING GREEN, Ky., Nov. 7 -- Western Kentucky University issued the following news release:
Dr. Dwight McKinney will discuss "Biomedical Ethics of Clinical Research" at the 2008 L. Y. Lancaster-Hugh Puckett Lecture Nov. 13 at Western Kentucky University.
The lecture begins at 6 p.m. at the Knicely Conference Center at WKU's South Campus. A reception begins at
